Suggested Usage:
-This toner can be used morning, evening, or both. If applying in the morning, use with Clean Screen SPF 30 (sold separately).
-Saturate a reusable cotton pad or cloth and swipe across freshly cleansed face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
-For extra-sensitive skin, dampen your cotton pad with water beforehand to dilute the formula, then apply as usual as your skin becomes accustomed to it.
